How to file a takedown notice

If you believe a work listed on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent including:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  3. The URL of the listing on this site
  4. Your contact information — name, address, telephone, email
  5. A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Counter-notices

If your work was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may file a counter-notice including your contact info, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court where you reside.

Repeat infringers

We terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
