Content guidelines

Tommy Gun Art Club is a marketplace for original art prints. By listing a work, you confirm it complies with these guidelines.

You must own the work

Only list art you created yourself, or have a license that explicitly grants you the right to sell prints. AI-generated, photo-derived, and reference-based work all need clear underlying rights.

Trademarks and likenesses

No trademarked characters, logos, or sports marks without permission. No recognizable likenesses of public figures or private individuals without consent.

AI-generated work

AI-assisted work is allowed if you generated and curated it yourself. Disclose meaningfully (e.g., "Created with Stable Diffusion, hand-edited"). Wholesale prompt-and-post will be removed.

Not allowed

  • Sexually explicit content; CSAM; sexualization of minors
  • Hate speech, threats, harassment
  • Glorification of real-world violence, terrorism, self-harm
  • Counterfeit reproductions of other artists' work
  • Direct copies of public-domain photos or scans without meaningful transformation

Image quality

Upload at the highest resolution you have. The site shows a fitness check at 300 DPI for every print size. Don't list a size your image can't support.

Pricing

Each size has a minimum price set by the site owner that covers printing cost. You can price above the minimum freely.

Reporting violations

Anyone can report a listing using the "Report this print" link. For copyright issues see the DMCA policy.
